From the A20 turn into The Viaduct, sign posted Freight Clearance and follow the road into Lord Warden Square. We are in Lord Warden House in Lord Warden Square.

Folkestone office:-

For import vehicles on exiting the channel tunnel terminal stay in the left hand lane following the signs for Folkestone, at the traffic lights turn right travelling over the motorway. At the roundabout turn right onto the A20,after approximately half a mile turn left into ‘EUROTUNNEL SERVICE TRAFFIC ENTRANCE. Report to the security staff who will direct the driver further.

For Export vehicles, approach the EuroTunnel terminal as normal, junction 11a from the M20. When the vehicle arrives at the freight check-in booths The driver must inform the operator they require customs clearance and they will direct the vehicles from there to our office.
